Oh the Blue Bells

I am not sure if it is like this every year in Texas, or just this year because we have been getting so much rain, but the wildflowers out here are totally awesome. Right now this is one of the better parts about my dallas-waco commute because out in the country these flowers are covering fields. Out on B's 'ranch' there are also fields of these things. Many of them of the state flower, the blue bell.

the other thing that i am totally enjoying about the country side is that in the mornings when I am going to school there is usually a fog/mist that covers large parts of the country side. So, that with the flowers and horses and what gives me views a lot like this one, only at B's place there are more yellow and white flowers in with the blue bells...

These pictures are totally not mine though (they are actually from an email from our departmental secretary this morning). I have been forgetting/not taking my camera with me to waco these days. i am betting that next week may be too late to get any good pics of them, though. anyways, i am always happy to show some of the nicer parts of Texas to ya'll.
