I am a slow reader. Always have been.

School always has the tendency to remind you of what you do not know. This reminder can be a good thing. The good old saying 'the more you learn, the more you are aware of what you have not learned' does indeed hold true.

But this can often feel like a bad thing. It can be a crushing weight at times - to be constantly reminded of all of the things you either do not know, have so quickly forgotten, or just didn't think of to begin with.

Too much to read. Too much to write. Too much due at once.
