Sara and i were able to go down to AZ over the past weekend to see the newest addition to the family. our niece and god-daughter, lucy jane, was much cutter (no matter how i spell that, it looks wrong) than i could have thought. I would have some pics up right now, but i had a minor disagreement with the computer that was holding them at the last minute. They should be here soon though, as long as my brother gets on his horse...
one thing i discovered over the weekend: something about being with my family makes me way more ornery and sarcastic than usual. at times i had a hard time keeping it in check... and self-control is not always a forte of mine. (i know to some of you the thought of me being more sarcastic than usual is a scary thing, and yes, it can be) anyways, it is past my bed time and i am in a generally frustrated mood, so i should go to bed. i hate applying for jobs!
